Orbit Downloader Question?

I'm not much of technology person, so this might be a really obvious answer. I downloaded Orbit Downloader to get a TV episode off of Hulu, and the instructions say to hover your mouse over it while it is playing & a button that says "Get It" will come up. Except, it doesn't when I do it. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks.
