(Maplestory) SP Reset Scroll, Maker Skill: GONE!?

I applied an SP Reset Scroll that everyone got because of some unscheduled maintenance, and I found that I could not find my Maker Skill, nor how to get to it. I've tried looking up the SP Reset Scroll and what it does to a character's Maker Skill, but could not find anything linking the two. I hope this problem is answered soon, but it wouldn't be the end of the world if it wasn't. Does anyone out there think they know what happened?
