you should start by texting her first, or being the one to start the conversation, girls like it when they know the guy is trying to talk to them. if you keep talking, it could definitely turn into something. as for the post, she might've taken you saying you weren't in the mood to talk as "i don't want to talk to you". just text her and clear up that when you said that, you didn't mean you didn't want to talk to her. just keep trying to talk and hopefully you'll become friends and maybe more :)
