I have a question about harry potter and blood status?

if someone in harry potter is born to two muggle-born wizard parents, what would their blood status be? technically they're not muggle-born, because their parents are wizards, but i don't think that they're exactly half bloods too because neither of their parents are half blood nor pure blood? this is so confusing...
