The drama within my club is driving me nuts ! HELP ?!?

So I'm apart of a high school sorority . And I'm secretary , my best friend is president and a girl who hates me (the feelings are mutual) is VP . So , the VP is upset 'cause the president always comes to me with her ideas . She keeps saying "Oh , your suppose to come to the VP not secretary . I'm tired of you telling her everything , you guys put friendship into the board when it's suppose to be strictly business" and all of that crap . And we keep telling her that everything that is said to me she knows all about , however , she doesn't know on a personal level cause the president isn't her best friend . Yet , she's still upset . I seriously want to tell her to stop complaining and deal with it . But then she's going to go to our advisor and complain (Which will cause more drama) . What should I tell her ? (Doesnt matter if it's mean nor nice , I'd prefer mean) .. Or does she have a reason to be upset ?
