Blood in stool what does this mean please help?

ok i have no health insurance and i need help. i am going on 2 months no period and test negative and now today i went to the bath room, and i found blood in my stool and it didn't hurt to poop but when i wiped i noticed the blood please help me and i noe i need to see a doctor but not health insurance and outta work right now and cant afford it nor can my husband. oh also i have been losing weight but have been getting some pain in my lower abdominal area much help needed thank you
