Is it ethical to use LOIC on a website that is spamming my e-mail address?

I've been getting some seriously annoying spam from a couple of sites. Would it be ethical to use Low Orbit Ion Cannon (LOIC) or an email flooder on the contact emails on the root websites (eye for an eye, tooth for toothe) or should I just ignore them?
